Partnering with PCD is beneficial to your association, to underinsured patients, and especially to your members and their team.
PCD offers your state association an impressive referral reward of $5 for new PCD plans purchased by underinsured patients in your members’ clinics.
(Limited to *new* enrollment activity at the standard rate of $37 per year. Excludes renewals.)
PCD is totally free for your members, and the cost for patients is less than other plans and never exceeds $37/yr.  We invite you to compare PCD's easy cash-fee system to any other plan so you'll know exactly why you should be helping your chiropractors and their busy CAs to make the switch!
PCD has done the legal legwork to provide the highest standards in the industry for cash-fee compliance for chiropractors. PCD is a registered discount medical plan organization and partners with Access One Consumer Health to provide services in all states except MT, RI, and WA.
PCD provides live service (in addition to digital support) so that you and your members are able to connect with our team leaders when needed. You'll find the staff at PCD is prompt to respond, always friendly, and willing to help!

Sample Revenue Potential

1000 Chiropractors x 250 PCD Patients
= 250,000 PCD plans sold
250,000 PCD plans x $5 each
= $1,250,000.00

in no-cost, no membership dues revenue for your association.

Increase your revenue without increasing membership dues, and without costing your association a dime.

point 1
We'll provide you with PCD's State Association Referral Agent Handbook (SARAH) to help you easily launch our program. Next, we'll provide creative assets that you can choose from to  notify and explain to your existing members that you've found a better cash-fee compliance program. This way, we take the workload off of your team, but you're always in control of what's shared to your members.
point 2
For your members that will be switching to PCD from another DMPO, we make the transition uncomplicated by giving you a step-by-step switch guide along with a special offer that gives your members 30 days to bring all of their existing underinsured patients over to PCD with a free, one-year plan! By doing so, all patients with the former program will be rewarded when making the switch to PCD plans!
point 3
The more we can help your members grow, the more your State Association will be compensated. The more revenue generated for your association, the more good you can do for the residents in your state. The more we work together, the more opportunities we have to help provide cash-fee compliance for chiropractors and more affordable care to underinsured patients. At PCD, we're doing more at no cost to your association or members!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main benefits of a PCD association partnership?

When you help chiropractors make the switch to PCD, three major things happen:

  1. You give the chiropractor cash-fee compliance with a much easier plan for CAs to manage.
  2. You give the chiropractors’ patients a more affordable plan with better benefits.
  3. Your association earns significantly more referral rewards with PCD than any other plan.
Is there any cost to the association to participate as a PCD partner?

No, there’s never a cost for your association or members. The only revenue PCD receives is from the low, yearly fee for patient plans, which is never more than $37 per year, and is normally recouped in savings on the first visit.

Can associations promote more than one DMPO?

PCD requires that our state association partners honor the agreement to only promote PCD’s plan to its members.

However, some chiropractors in your association may offer more than one type of cash-fee plan to their patients. PCD plans are normally the more affordable choice, so naturally, other plans phase out when patients are given a choice.
